Two of the PDUs were reset and power was restored. We are working on powering on the servers.

Update
It appears this is a power outage on two of the PDUs in the rack, we are checking with the onsite techs. The machine that is responsible for doing the routing to Path is down as well, we've disabled routing to Path for now.
